1/2cLemon juice
  Lemon grass; optional
2tbFish sauce
1tsSugar
2 Coriander leaves; chopped
3 Cl Garlic

Recipe by: "Michael E. Kinneer" Open the mussels by steaming them along with the basil and green onions.

Blend the ingredients for the sauce with enough warm water to make a dippin sauce and serve with the mussels.
